Raspberry Mojito Recipe



We’ve made it to the end of 2014 and I feel that a drink is in order. Mojitos are one of my favorite drinks right now because I love mint.  Mojitos are lower in calories than many other drinks so drink up ladies.

This recipe is actually something my boyfriend put together and he is the lovely model in the pictures.



Ingredients:
-Mint
-Sugar
-Bacardi Razz
-Tonic or club soda
-1 lime sliced








Start by taking 6-8 fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime and muddling them at the bottom of your serving glass.  I used a wooden spoon to do this.



Add 2 more slices of lime into the glass along with a teaspoon of sugar and muddle it all again.


Add a shot of Bacardi Razz or more to the glass, if desired.  


Add ice and tonic water (or club soda) to glass and stir.  



Place a mint leave at top of glass and serve.  Cheers!
