This week I created some crafts to donate to my mother's church fair. This wreath is one of the items they auctioned off along with my ornament vases. In total my crafts helped raise $88.00 for their new building fund. It's always a good feeling to give back and I'm glad they went to a good home.
Wreath making, in my opinion, is 90% design and 10% skill. For this wreath my inspiration was a "white Christmas". Everything on the wreath besides the greenery is white.
While in the planning process I like to move things around on the wreath to see how everything looks and make sure that the wreath is balanced.
Dissecting the wreath: The two ornaments at the bottom are actually from the dollar tree but look very elegant in my opinion. Everything else was purchased from Micheal's.
Hope you find a good way to give back this holiday.
