Texas inspired baby shower gifts

Being in your late 20’s means going to a lot of weddings and baby showers.  It also means giving presents and attending showers.  I like to give unique handmade gifts that add my own personal touch. Its easy to go to a store and purchase something, but it means a lot more to give a gift you poured some sweat into. I still get giddy when I see something I made being used by my friends.

Below are some of my past Texas themed presents I've made.

Although, there is not step-by-step instructions feel free to comment if you have questions or comments.
Texas Cowgirl Diaper cake.

Other side of cake

Backside of cake. Shirt states "This Texas princess wears boots"-cute, right?

Texas frame for the Nelson family

I made this sign for my friend Brittani when she was expecting her daughter Lauren. She now lives in Washington but I wanted her to have a little piece of Texas in her new home.

Wagon gift basket

I bought this wagon at Canton Trade Days (my haven) for around $3.  I filled it with bath time essentials and wrapped it with ribbons and hair bows.

Make it spicy,
Amanda
